Southern Queer Survivor Network is an anti-violence project serving LGBTQ+ survivors in all 100 counties of North Carolina.

We have advocates physically located in Durham, Wilmington, and Asheville, and are also able to serve people in other parts of the state through remote advocacy.

The LGBTQ Center of Durham supports LGBTQ+ people through services, programming, resources, and support networks that center their wellbeing and allows them to thrive.

The Center hosts a number of programs including Project F.A.M., The LGBTQ Youth Center of Durham, Durham Pride, Southern Queer Survivor Network, and more. 

Visit our in-person location for our free clothing closet, library, and for general resource questions. We are located at 1007 Broad Street in Durham with open hours 10-6 M-Th and 10-5 F.
